Some faculty use software packages to create course Web pages with readings and assignments, due dates, etc. These pages may include links to databases, journal articles, and other web-based resources. See How to Bookmark an E-Journal Article for information about selecting the correct URL to post for a journal article.
In addition to whatever software you may have locally, you can also use EBSCO Page Composer to create course pages. Page Composer allows you to create customized Web pages that integrate searches and persistent links from EBSCO databases, which are strongest in humanities and social sciences for undergraduates. Page Composer can also link to non-EBSCO resources.
With Page Composer, you can:
To use Page Composer, connect to an EBSCO database and create an account, "My EBSCOhost". Search your topic and add relevant records to a folder. Build the Web page from the folder.
While the page is in process, you can store it at EBSCO. Then e-mail the finished page to yourself or download it to your computer. For student access, a link to the Web page can be added to course pages in most course management applications, or the page can be posted onto your departmental server.

Check with the reference librarians at your library. They have information about the services of your own library and further recommendations on appropriate sources (electronic or print) to meet your information needs.
