This Web page was created in January 2004 to provide important information for the Ohio higher education community about the crisis in scholarly publishing. It will provide links to a variety of sites that speak to the issues and possible solutions for libraries and scholars. It will also be updated as needed to provide important information on what the OhioLINK libraries are specifically doing to address the crisis with respect to electronic journal licensing and cooperative collection management.
