  The Scoop:

As we celebrate OhioLINK’s 15th anniversary, we want to know what OhioLINK means to you, how it has helped you or how you’d explain OhioLINK to your peers. But don’t just tell us, show us, in five minutes or less, your OhioLINK story or commercial in a creative video and you could win a new digital video camera or a 160 GB iPod classic.

We're trying to educate 600,000 students, faculty and staff about OhioLINK and how it can make their lives easier and we'd love to use your entertaining video we can use to promote and explain the program. Who can explain OhioLINK better than the people who use it?

Your video can be serious or silly, all we ask is that you keep 'em clean. Your video should focus on what OhioLINK means to you, how it's helped you, or create a commercial about OhioLINK to help promote it to your peers.

We want people to learn more about and use OhioLINK even after they watch your video, so use the OhioLINK logo, name or Web site address into your video (it’s in the rules). This will tip them off to where they can learn more. Our logos and everything you need is on the resources page.

Before you can win a prize you'll have to agree to let us use your name in promotional materials. So if you are in the Witness Protection Program, you may not want to enter this contest.

The grand prize winner will receive his/her choice of a digital video camera or a new 160 GB iPod classic and the runner up will receive the remaining prize. Plus all the publicity, notoriety and our gratitude.

Ready to go? Be sure to read the official rules. The rules will tell you how lots of important information about who can enter and what you need to do. Then find out how to enter. Questions? E-mail us at info@ohiolink.edu.
