Recently, OhioLINK spoke with Denison University's library director BethAnn Zambella to learn more about Denison University's libraries and their commitment to their patrons.

What are your top three points of pride for your library?

  1. Knowledgeable and approachable staff
  2. Vast number of resources conveniently available to our patrons via OhioLINK, OhioNet, and the Five Colleges of Ohio
  3. Nascent but engaging digital collections.


What's the most popular spot in your library for students and patrons?

Students like to hang out in our Commons area (level 3) and our current periodicals area (level 2).  Both offer group study tables, comfy furniture, and an atmosphere conducive to conversation and creativity.


How long have you been a member of OhioLINK?

Since November 5th, 1996.
