Many books or other media have more than one piece. Sometimes these pieces are cataloged together and have the same barcode and sometimes they have separate records and must be requested separately. Before shipping materials that have more that one piece, please indicate on the band that it is part of the set. Include how many pieces there are and what format they have as that may be very helpful if they get separated in the delivery process. When checking in or returning materials with multiple pieces, check the band and locate its accompanying parts before moving it on.
