Why is this DRC item not displaying?

The DRC uses the Adobe Flash player for viewing items. Unfortunately, most browsers no longer support Adobe Flash and Adobe Flash itself will no longer be supported beginning in January 2021.

As of January 2021, in order to view most DRC items, please take the following steps:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the DRC item page to see the file(s) associated with the item

  2. Double click on the file you would like to open. Depending on your browser and device settings, the following actions may occur:
  • the file will open in a new browser tab
  • you will be prompted to select a program with which to open the file
  • the file will download and you will need to open it with a locally installed app

We have included information about viewing applications below for four file types found in the DRC that some devices may not open directly in a browser or other commonly used application.
