OhioLINK recently spoke with the library director of the Methodist Theological School in Ohio to discuss the many points of pride for the library as well as being featured on the cover of Choice magazine.
What are your three points of pride for your library?
- In-house produced electronic and print guides of high artistic quality to library services and content.
- Offering intellectually engaging library sponsored programs through collaborations with WOSU and Ohio Wesleyan University.
- Staff published in peer-reviewed library academic journals.
What is the most popular spot in your library for students and patrons?
The Dickhaut Library's Reference Room because of its beautiful views of the valley and man-made lake created by Weiser Run to the east and north. The room is the home for the current print periodical collection and print copies of Biblical commentaries and subject-specific encyclopedias such as Encyclopaedia Judaica.
How long have you been a member of OhioLINK?
