It has come to my attention that there may be some questionable uses of bubble envelopes supplied by OhioLINK for purposes of transporting PCIRC and ILL items between OhioLINK institutions. The envelopes are only to be used within OhioLINK and discarded when no longer useful. New envelopes are not to be put in the general supply area to be used for regular ILL to places outside of OhioLINK or for any other purpose than to support PCIRC and ILL between OhioLINK institutions. The cost of supplying this material to all of the OhioLINK libraries is significant and given current budget situations, appropriate use is much appreciated.
