Summary:
Following a welcome from OhioLINK's Interim Executive Director, Amy Pawlowski, Alexia Hudson-Ward surveys the higher education landscape in a reprise of her popular 2019 Acquisitions Institute keynote. As we face the pandemic precipice, academic libraries are at a juncture. We can choose the plateau of status quo and hope for better days (optimistic but unlikely!) or embrace new strategies to enmesh our libraries in our institutions’ educational and pedagogical missions.
