DEI in LIS: A Check-in with the OhioLINK Community

Trevor A. Dawes’ keynote challenged us to think about the difference between making statements and doing the real work of creating change in our libraries. To dig deeper into some of the efforts in our community, Amy Pawlowski will give an overview of the OhioLINK Library Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiative; Jerome Conley and Ione Damasco will talk about the OhioLINK Luminaries Program; and Mandi Goodsett and Shannon Simpson will brief us on results from ALAO's survey of Ohio library workers' DEI efforts as a springboard to talk about making changes.
