eTutoring is a collaborative effort between Ohio’s two- and four-year institutions, allowing undergraduate students to interact with trained tutors in numerous academic areas. All public and private institutions of higher learning in the state are invited to join OhioLINK eTutoring. Participating state post-secondary institutions provide a campus coordinator and tutor that are employed by their university or college.

How Does It Work?
eTutoring provides academic support for students enrolled in traditional and online courses. Drop-in tutoring may be available in the following subjects:
- Accounting
- Algebra
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Astronomy
- Calculus
- Chemistry
- Computer Science
- Math
- Nursing Math
- Organic Chemistry
- Physics
- Statistics
Services are available beyond the typically on-campus academic support centers’ hours and for students who cannot make it to campus.
Students can choose two options for online academic support:
- Live tutoring sessions in an online room within the eTutoring platform room, utilizing audio, a whiteboard, document-sharing and instant messaging.
- Writing reviews where students receive written encouragement and suggestions on improving their written work.
