LSP Migration
- Migration Project Leads completed the forms that tell Ex Libris how to deal with each institution’s data on May 24.
- The webinars page is being updated with new meetings.
- Please register here to hear brief updates from each Working Group on June 6 at 2-3PM. If you can’t attend, the meeting will be recorded and posted to Ostaff.
- Working Groups continue to meet regularly. For anyone who wants to follow the Working Group meetings, meeting minutes and final documents will be posted on Ostaff.
- Anyone with LSP questions is encouraged to talk with their Migration Project Leads. If your Migration Project Lead doesn’t know the answer, they’ll know where to find it.

Access to former DRC videos ends Friday
Access to the set of 624 videos at the Films on Demand platform will end on May 31. The videos were purchased from Films for Humanities & Sciences in the mid-2000’s and moved to Infobase in 2021. See the list of video titles (PDF) on the Digital Resource Commons (DRC) end-of-life page. Specifics are being communicated to CIRM, ERIT, and Leads. CIRM voted in October to cancel hosting. If anyone is interested in continued access to these videos for your institution after May, please contact Jim Atkins at Infobase.
Summit 2024: Hear from OhioLINK OEN OER-certified librarians, June 12, 2-3PM
In 2024, OhioLINK funded a group of member librarians to become Open Education Network Open Education Certified Librarians. (Nine OhioLINK librarians had already become certified.) This expanding group of OER-specialist librarians will serve as champions for open and adaptable teaching materials. Learn about the genesis of this program, the certification process, the role it can play advancing OER at OhioLINK institutions, and how the panelists will be applying what they've learned on their own campuses.
