- The submission must be assigned by an instructor for a grade in an undergraduate course in which the student is currently enrolled.
We will not review resumes and cover letters which are best reviewed by career services specialists.
We will not review materials that require layout, graphics expertise (web pages, brochures, etc.)
- The assignment must include the instructor’s assignment guidelines at the time the assignment is submitted.
- OhioLINK writing eTutors will review up to 5 pages of a submitted assignment at a time using a protocol that focuses on written encouragement and suggestions on improving written work.
- One assignment may be submitted for review no more than 3 times. Resubmitted assignments must reflect revisions from feedback given in a previous review.
- By default, the first 5 pages of the assignment will be reviewed with each submission regardless of the length of the assignment submitted.
- For assignments longer than 5 pages, students may specify which pages they want the tutor to review.
- Writing submissions that do not meet the criteria will be returned.
