OhioLINK platform downtime tonight
There will be up to 20 minutes of downtime tonight between 7-10 p.m. for the following platforms:
- A-Z Database List (databases.ohiolink.edu)
- Electronic Journal Center (journals.ohiolink.edu)
- Electronic Theses and Dissertations Center (etd.ohiolink.edu and etdadmin.ohiolink.edu)
- Member Portal (memberportal.ohiolink.edu)
- Music Center (music.ohiolink.edu)
Oxford Research Encyclopedias moves to Oxford Academic platform on March 12
Oxford Research Encyclopedias will move to the Oxford Academic platform on March 12, as part of the shift of most of Oxford’s content to the platform by mid-2027. Please see Oxford’s FAQ. No action is needed from readers. OhioLINK and the ERIT Implementation Team are communicating about these changes. If you have questions, please contact your ERIT representative.

How OhioLINK Works, Apr 9, 3PM
If you are new to OhioLINK or need a refresher on OhioLINK’s governance, structure, and function, please register for Amy Pawlowski’s updates “How OhioLINK Works” session on April 9 at 3-4 p.m. If you can’t make it, the new version will be posted to Ostaff. New Metadata page available on Ostaff
There is a new metadata page available on Ostaff. While some sections are still in progress, it includes Alma metadata, migrated metadata, metadata enrichment, cataloging standards and policies, database maintenance and cleanup, training materials & other resources, and errors in Network Zone records. If you have questions, please contact your DIAD Policy Team representative.
OhioLINK and SearchOhio lending has resumed
SearchOhio and OhioLINK libraries resumed lending on March 2 using the new Clarivate Rapido Consortial Borrowing (Rapido CB) product. Find more information on Ostaff, including a recording about the new product and the transition.
