OhioLINK LSP Working Group Update

This update highlights what the LSP Working Groups are working for the OhioLINK migration to Alma and Primo VE. Key highlights include:

• The Acquisitions group has been prioritizing tasks and preparing to export data from Sierra before the migration.

• The Cataloging and Metadata group has completed recommendations for local fields and is working on authority control and editing records in the Network Zone.

• The Circulation and Resource Sharing group has compiled a list of institutions able to supply materials during the lending pause and is preparing decision-making guidance for Rapid ILL participation. 

• The Discovery and User Experience group has been hosting open calls on Primo configuration and plans to host a "share your wins" session. 

• The E-Resource Management group has been discussing linking and authentication of shared resources, e-resource import profiles, and training materials. 

• The General Systems Administration and Security group has been investigating API usage limits and user management strategies. 

• The Reporting and Analytics group is exploring Alma Analytics tools and dashboards that may be helpful on day one. 

• The Training and Documentation group is collecting training materials and exploring strategies for continuing education after go-live.
