This is the third installment of our "Switch to Support" webinar series where we dove into advanced ticketing strategies. This interactive webinar guided participants through real-world scenarios to demonstrate how to accurately “path” issues to the appropriate organization (OhioLINK or Ex Libris) and Ex Libris ticket type.
