Get the ‘Tea’ on NDE
Primo VE is "out", NDE is "in", and that means new software to learn and configure. Come hear from OhioLINK colleagues who have successfully implemented Primo NDE at their institutions. Panelists have a variety of technical know-how, so whether you code websites and write CSS for fun, or don’t know what CSS means, you will learn something at this session. There will be moderated panel time followed by open Q&A.

Acquiring in Alma
Members working in collections, acquisitions, and e-resources reflect on their experiences with workflows in Alma. One year after implementation, panelists will discuss what is working well, challenges, and how their libraries have adapted to the new system. Audience participation is encouraged, especially the sharing of solutions and lessons learned.

Resource Sharing after One Year in Alma
One year after our migration to Alma, Primo, and Rapido, the OhioLINK resource sharing community has collectively started to look at updates to our existing process and ways to extend resource sharing in our new environment. This session will look at the current state of resource sharing, updates that have taken place over the last year, and (briefly) at upcoming directions.

Digital Accessibility in the OhioLINK Consortial Context
An overview of how responsibilities for digital accessibility is shared among vendors, the central office, and member libraries focusing on the work the central office does on behalf of members followed by a discussion of the digital accessibility work libraries are doing. Bring your digital accessibiltiy workflows, ideas, policies, and questions.

OhioLINK libraries are now in year two of Alma/Primo and, therefore, also have a year of library instruction in these systems under their belt. Join this session for a lively discussion on experiences using Primo in the classroom.

Six "stealable" ideas available for adaptation on your campus include:

• Wade Lee-Smith, University of Toledo, turned LibGuides™ A-Z List function into an updatable, searchable database of Transformative Access/Read-and-Publish journals.
• Madeleine Gaiser, University of Cincinnati, will share her Alma Analytics reports that pull titles and ISBNs of locally requested OhioLINK items for new acquisitions and quickly generate inventory lists for colleagues who do not have Analytics roles in Alma.
• She will also share an easy-to-manage internal ticketing system built in Microsoft Lists that allows colleagues to request website changes and manages related notifications.
• Dr. Sterling Joseph Coleman, Jr., Clark State University, will share their program that encourages literacy among student parents and their children by providing children’s books, comic books for a range of readers, puzzles, and some games.
• Marcie Boutwell, Miami University, will share tips for using debugging and troubleshooting tools (i.e., &showPNX, &showCTO, and URL parser) to better understand what Primo NDE sees when reviewing IT tickets and to identify root causes of issues.
• Kevin Cretsos and Natalie Gut, University of Dayton, will share a process for inventorying a shelf list of items using Alma Analytics and Google Sheets Apps Script with the Alma API to improve workflows for inventorying library collections.
