Third Iron: Preventing Unnecessary ILL Requests, Feb 5, 2PM

LibKey has recently integrated with ILLiad. Learn how Third Iron is working with LibKey and ILLiad to prevent unnecessary ILL requests, saving staff time and accelerating article fulfillment. A high percentage of ILL requests are for articles that the libraries already provide access to or are Open Access. For libraries that subscribe to both LibKey and ILLiad, LibKey will determine if a requested article is available immediately and if it is, will generate a link that ILLiad emails to the requestor with one-click access. Any library that subscribes to ILLiad and LibKey now will have access to the integration at no extra cost from either vendor. Please register for the webinar on February 5 at 2:00 p.m. to learn more. Note: this is not an OhioLINK-specific webinar.
