LSP Migration
- Reminder: Please do not log in to Alma or Primo during configuration freeze, which began May 2 and runs through your library’s go live date. It could jeopardize your institution’s migration by interfering with Ex Libris’ work.
- Wave 3 began cutover today, June 16; Wave 4 starts Weds., June 18. Waves 1 and 2 are live! Review all the schedules here.

Announcements
Wiley OA author workflow changes now in place
Wiley has confirmed that as of June 7 requests for APC coverage in fully OA journals are provisional until availability and institutional affiliation are reconfirmed following acceptance for publication. In addition, the Wiley library approver dashboard will be down from June 10-16, so responses to OA coverage requests made during this time will be delayed. OhioLINK has updated the Wiley OA Ostaff page for librarians and Wiley OA page for authors. If you have any questions, please contact your CIRM or ERIT representative.
OhioLINK office closed June 19, July 4
The OhioLINK central office will be closed for Juneteenth on Thursday, June 19, and for Independence Day on July 4. If you need to report an emergency outage during this time, please contact the OARnet 24/7 Service Desk at oar.net/support or 1-800-627-6420. To expedite the issue, please identify the report as an OhioLINK issue, provide them with the name of your institution and your contact information. For all other questions and non-emergency issues, please email OhioLINK Support or complete the support form on our site and we will follow up as soon as possible

- July 24, 3-4 pm - Let's Talk Leganto. Hear from librarians and deans with Leganto experience, moderated by Amy Pawlowski. Leganto is a reading list management system and is included in OhioLINK’s consortial Alma/Primo package. Register here.
INN-Reach print lending paused
As part of our shift from INN-Reach to Rapido for print lending, users can no longer place new requests through the Central Catalog or the SearchOhio catalog. Lending will resume among OhioLINK libraries as libraries go live on Alma. Lending with SearchOhio libraries will resume in fall 2025. Users with currently checked out materials will not be able to renew. OhioLINK and SearchOhio have placed messages on catalog search pages. See more on the Resource Sharing Milestones page. OhioLINK will also be linking to this patron-friendly page about the lending pause.
Training and Documentation Working Group call for crowdsourced content
Has your library created Alma/Primo/Rapido training and documentation, content related to circulation, Rapido, or student/faculty communications/instructional materials that you could share with the OhioLINK community? The Training and Documentation Working Group invites you to contribute to a “crowdsourced” collection of resources that could be adapted by other OhioLINK libraries. Use this form to upload a file or send a link to existing web resources.
