Find non-electronic resource bibliographic records that do not have an attached item, checkin, or order record.

Find items with holds still active using a Sierra SQL query.

Search for historical rave links no longer in use using a Sierra SQL query and delete them from any records.

 Ensure that OCLC prefixes are not in the 001 field using a SQL query.

Find item records that are not linked to a bibliographic record using a SQL query.

Check that bibliographic records contributed to the Central Catalog meet the minimal bibliographic record standards for contribution. If not, upgrade any to include the mandatory fields.

Search for historical rave links no longer in use and delete them from any records.

Ensure that OCLC prefixes are not in the 001 field.

Search for bibliographic delete records and ensure that they are suppressed from the Central Catalog.

Search your local database for historical suppression codes no longer in use and update them to the current ones.
