LSP Migration
- Mar 5: Register for the Go Live Checklist Walk-through: Primo VE (Part 1) at 11AM. Details below.
- Mar 11: Register for the next LSP Milestone Update. (Note this meeting has been changed to require registration so that it’s added to your calendars.) The meeting will be recorded.
- Mar 17: Register for E-Resource Management Working Group Open Discussion on March 17 at 2-3PM. Details below.
- Mar 19: Register for the Walk Through the Go Live Checklist: Primo VE (Part 2) March 19, 11-12PM. Details below.
- Rapido testing for Waves 1, 2, 3 & 6 start this week. Rapido is the tool that will replace INN-Reach lending (PCIRC) in Alma/ Primo.

Call for new Cataloging and Metadata Working Group members, extended to March 7
The Cataloging and Metadata Working Group has openings for new representatives from independent and 2-year institutions. If you are interested in being considered, please check with your direct supervisor/director before submitting your name by 5PM Friday, March 7. More information about working groups and their expectations is available on Ostaff.
New record cleanup recommendations
An Acquisitions, Cataloging, and E-Resources (ACE) project team was formed from the relevant LSP working groups to produce recommendations for local record cleanup projects as well as the new Record Contribution to the Network Zone Policy. The Recommendations for Pre-Cutover Sierra Cleanup and Decision Tree for E-resource Migration to Alma documents have been reviewed by the Training & Documentation Working Group and can be utilized prior to technical freeze on March 28th. The ACE team created a short video on cleanup recommendations and 3 new documents on step-by-step record cleanup have been added to InfoHub. More detailed information will be shared with functional teams.

- Are Basic and Advanced search boxes configured correctly (search profiles, etc.)?
- Is Primo VE displaying search results as expected?
- Do the links in the Main Menu appear correctly and link to the correct pages?
- Does the full record view contain all relevant information (Details, Links etc.)?
- Is the browse search configured correctly (if applicable)?
- Are all facets configured correctly?

LSP E-Resource Management Working Group Open Discussion, Mar 17, 2PM
The Electronic Resource Management LSP Working Group invites those who work directly with electronic resources, as well as any other interested library staff, to register for another open discussion on March 17 at 2-3pm about the migration to Alma and what it means for e-resources both within the consortium and on your campus. Bring your questions and plans for the upcoming data load and technical freeze. Topics may include data cleanup for electronic resources, maintaining e-resources in Alma, usage statistics, and activating collections in Alma. Please feel free to submit questions or topics for discussion in advance. This session will be recorded.
