Once you receive an item and place it on the Hold Shelf for the user to pick up, please remember that if the user doesn't pick it up, you need to remove the item from Hold Shelf after 10 days if it is a book and 5 days if it is a Media item. Please do not leave items lingering on the Hold Shelf indefinitely when there may be others who are requesting the very same item. OhioLINK's policy for Hold Shelf time on the shelf is 5 days for Media and 10 days for books. All sites are expected to follow this policy as closely as they can.
