Reminder: New Ostaff passwords required
All Ostaff account holders must set a new password due to OhioLINK's new Identity Management (IDM) system, which went live in December. For security reasons, this process is entirely self-service. OhioLINK cannot change your password. If you're having trouble receiving a password reset mail, please request support.
Note that you cannot use the password reset feature if you do not have an Ostaff account. Your institution's Lead Implementer or Library Director must request any new Ostaff accounts. Find more info on the Ostaff Account FAQ page. Thank you to the almost 400 members who have reset their Ostaff passwords!
New policies and supporting documents
Three new policies have been approved by LAC and added to the Consortial Policies and Supporting Documents page:

- LAC 2025-10 ensures that OhioLINK member libraries have certified staff available to manage and configure Alma and Primo
- LAC 2025-06 updates and codifies the team structure used to govern and facilitate consortia-wide communication and collaboration
An existing policy review project is also underway. Updated and approved policies will continue to be posted to the above page. If you have any questions, please contact OhioLINK support.
