How to Set Up E-Journal Alerts

In the OhioLINK Electronic Journal Center, you can receive e-mail notification for a journal using an RSS feed when content become available.

EBSCO databases provide access to scholarly and poular journal titles. To receive notices of new journal issues from EBSCO:

  1. You wiill need a personal EBSCO account. To create one, go here.
  2. Connect to EBSCO Research Databases and select the desired database.
  3. Click the Title List button and select a journal.
  4. Click the orange RSS Feed icon.
  5. Fill in the form and click Save Alert. You may need to sign into your personal account.
