Why do I need an Ostaff account?
Most content on Ostaff is available only to OhioLINK members. An Ostaff account allows members to login and acess the site.
I have forgotten my password, or I need to change my current password. What should I do?

What is an Ostaff acount username?
Your Ostaff account username is your institutional email address, for example "jdoe@somewhere.edu".
Sorry, Ostaff accounts cannot use a Gmail or personal email address.
How do I get an account?
Your institution's OhioLINK Lead Implementor must request your Ostaff account. Lead implementors complete an online form or may email a request to OhioLINK Support with the name and email address for new accounts.
Once your Ostaff account is set up, you will receive an email with a temporary password. Please change the temporary password as soon as possible. See also: Instructions to set or reset your Ostaff password
