NON-LICENSURE FAST TRACK PROGRAM
This online early education degree is designed for preschool, daycare, and early learning educators and administrators. It's a non-licensure program that will not allow graduates to teach in public schools. The curriculum is built around the following fundamental early childhood education principles:

-- The teacher is the decision-maker,
-- Learning is relationship-based; relationships between adults and children and between children and their peers are crucial to development and success.
-- Active partnerships with families strengthen children's learning and potential.
-- Learning can and should be individualized to meet the needs of every young child, including those with disabilities.

Prospective students must have an associate's degree in early childhood education or child development with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7.

Applicants must also be employed at an early care and education program serving infants, toddlers or preschoolers for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
