Pickup Anywhere Locations & Notes

In Rapido, all Resource Sharing libraries in your library's IZ will display as pickup locations for the Pickup Anywhere (PUA) feature. However, some Resource Sharing libraries are not able to serve as pickup locations for PUA patrons. The list below shows each Resource Sharing library in the OhioLINK consortium, the associated courier stop number, and whether or not that location may be used a PUA location. 

Note: Paging slips printed for PUA requests that include a "forbidden" pickup location will not display the courier number for that stop in the slip. They will instead say "CONTACT PATRON LIBRARY - NO PUA ALLOWED". If you see this on a paging slip, do not ship the item. Instead, contact the borrowing library and ask them to cancel this request for their patron.

If you are a borrowing library and you are contacted about one of thes PUA requests, you will need to cancel the request of behalf of your patron; it cannot be filled by any library to the patron's selected pickup location. You may contact the patron to see if they can pick the item up at a different location; if a different pickup location is possible, you can put in the new request on behalf of the patron, including the new pickup location.
