Report an Outage

Please follow these 3 reporting steps



Step 1 - Baseline

Can you reach other sites such as https://ohio.gov/ ?
If no, STOP here. You have a network problem. Please contact your local IT support desk.



Step 2 - Pre-check

  • Can you replicate the problem with a different browser or computer?
  • Do other staff at your institution see the same problem?

If no to either point: The problem may be related to your browser, computer, or other infrastructure element.

Step 3 - EMERGENCY

The problem isn't local, and may be widespread. Report an OhioLINK service or resource outage.

  1. Please include the URL.
  2. Screenshots with error messages are valuable!

Call OARnet

  1. Identify the report as an OhioLINK outage.
  2. Please include the URL.
  3. Provide your institution name and contact information.
