Tip of the Week - #049 (Timing of the Requested Too Long List)

When you run the "requested too long" list, be sure to run it late in the week (Thursday or Friday). If you run it early in the week, you may still be dealing with items requested on Saturday and Sunday and that will give you a VERY long list to review.
