If you receive a Pickup Anywhere item and it has not been checked out at the lending institution, then NO information about the item will have been sent to the central site about that item. This means that you will not be able to check it in at the Pickup Location or check it out to the user. The only way to solve this is to contact the lending library and have them check it out. There is no similar function to "insert the barcode" for pickup anywhere items.
