Jennie Thomas is the Electronic Serials Librarian of OhioLINK. She checks in and claims electronic serial content delivered to the OhioLINK Electronic Journal Center.
Prior to coming to OhioLINK Thomas served as the Public Services Librarian for the Athenaeum of Ohio, Mount Saint Seminary in Cincinnati where she retired in December 2011. In that position she supervised all OhioLINK lending and borrowing and managed Interlibrary Loan. She received the OPAL Service Award for her work compiling and editing the OPAL Circulation Manual and testing and writing procedures for Odyssey, an online Interlibrary Loan delivery service.
Over her career she worked in a variety of library positions including: United Theological Seminary in Dayton, the National Groundwater Association in Columbus, US EPA, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Geology Library at the University of Cincinnati.
She received her Master of Library and Information Science from Kent State University in 2001.
