CIRM is charged with making recommendations to the Library Advisory Council on renewals and acquisition on behalf of all OhioLINK members. CIRM looks at the "consortial sweet spot" or the balance between consortial deals and local autonomy as one way to make sure that the best deals are created for the greater good of the whole consortium.
