Summary:
Members will share brief explanations of an idea that others could "steal" to use in their own libraries. We'll hear about a different way to structure instructional sessions, a new check-out system for keys and another for software licenses, how Excel ASAP can save you time, training for Makerspace student employees, "on call" staffing, and maintaining ILL patron records in Excel.
