Alma Digital Implementation

Alma-D (also called Alma Specto) is an integrated, end-to-end digital asset management (DAM) system that extends Ex Libris's Alma library services platform to handle the entire lifecycle of digital content—from deposit to delivery. It allows libraries to manage various digital formats, curate unique local content, control access rights with configurable policies, and provide patrons with a unified discovery and consumption experience for all their resources.

Libraries not migrating content as part of their Alma-D implementation will have a seven week implementation period. The implementation period if longer for libraries that migration content. 

OhioLINK libraries will be implementing Alma-D in a series of cohorts. Not all libraries have been asigned to a cohort yet.  As we have confirmed cohorts and dates we will update this page.
